Ms. Jessica is the definition of quiet strength—an advocate for her students, a calming presence for her team, and a professional who gives 100% every day. Whether guiding 6th graders through the tough transition to middle school or supporting her colleagues through challenges, Jess leads with care, integrity, and heart.

Ms. Douglass is a role model and a team player who brings positivity, calm, and kindness into every space she enters. She steps in wherever she’s needed—without complaint and always with a smile—creating a safe and supportive environment for both students and staff.

We are so grateful for these exceptional women and the impact they make across our campuses.
